Executive Director
Bina Maseno is an experienced gender, governance, and development specialist skilled in gender inclusivity and mainstreaming in political and governance processes, program management, young women, and grassroots women’s leadership, and advocating for an end to all forms of gender-based violence. She’s the Founder and Executive Director at Badili Africa. Having vied for the Member of County Assembly office during the 2013 general elections as a 22-year-old young woman, and her experiences and challenges led to the founding of Badili Africa. Bina advocates for women's involvement in politics, leadership, and governance, actively engaging in broader governance discussions as a proactive citizen.

Victoria has 3 years of senior management experience and vast experience as a mentor, facilitator, and coach. As an experienced lead administrator, she is skilled in non-profit organizations, management, and program development. She is a strong consulting professional and graduated from Humanitarian Academy
Hannah Wasidiwa
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer
Hannah Wasidiwa is a Monitoring and Evaluation practitioner who has amassed years of experience in Project design and Implementation, Impact M&E, Proposal writing, and Grant acquisition. She has a wealth of experience in various thematic areas, including Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights(SRHR), Peacebuilding and Resilience, Governance, among others. She is also highly adept in working in complex and volatile areas, having supported with Third Party Monitoring and Evaluation in Kenya, South Sudan, Somalia, and Yemen for donors such as USAID, UN, UKAid, and EU, among others.
