Our Approach

We undertake an integrated program of influence on governance institutions to empower grassroots women and enhance their leadership potential. Other than integrated training in the development of leadership skills, public speaking techniques, policy formulation strategies, and effective management of campaigns, some initiatives are designed for lasting impacts. These come with long-term mentorship programs.

In particular, women’s participation and effectiveness at the local level of governance will be increased—particularly at the district/municipal and village levels—and hence lead to more inclusive and representative decision-making processes.
