Men As Male Allies

We are building a powerful network of male allies working alongside Chama women leaders to combat GBV in Dagoretti. Empowering male allies nominated by chama women leaders to effectively identify, respond, and mitigate gender-based violence (GBV). Our objective is to challenge negative social norms, promote gender equality, and involve men actively in the fight against GBV. By engaging male allies in the project, we foster a commitment among them to bring about positive change in attitudes and perceptions towards violence against women and girls. Additionally, we aim to identify dedicated male allies who can serve as trainers of trainers (ToTs) to disseminate knowledge and skills throughout the community for sustained change.
