Past Projects
Badili Africa has a network of over 70 male allies dedicated to working with Chama women leaders to effectively respond to, identify, and mitigate Sexual and Gender-based Violence in Dagoretti. These men challenge harmful norms, promote gender equality, and foster commitment to positive change. They use their privilege and platforms to take action against SGBV, while also being active bystanders and working with their own spouses to tackle norms perpetuating intimate partner violence. By actively involving these male advocates, we aim to transform social norms and create safer, more just communities free from violence.
